The spa was an absolute disgrace, tiny and disorganized, i could hardly fit my bathrobe in the dingy space. Plus that rude man at the pool surely thought he was the king of hospitality! I expected a welcome gift for my troubles, but i guess that was too much to ask. Ridiculous! Hardly 4 stars for this mess.

Spacious and clean apartments enhanced our comfort.

I found the children's playroom to be in poor condition, lacking engaging toys and games that could make it more inviting for kids. The ground floor rooms were poorly insulated was great, while the overall heating was excessive. While the restaurant staff was mostly pleasant, a few did not provide the level of warmth I expected, which dampened the dining experience.

The breakfast was amazing, and we loved relaxing in the indoor pool after a day of exploring. I really enjoyed the steam room and the massage offered at the spa too. The only small downside was that the water in the jacuzzi could've been a bit warmer. 😊

Had a fantastic time in a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a nice kitchenette and two balconies overlooking the fine views! The indoor pool and steam room were just perfect for unwinding after our day trips. The only minor issue was that some areas looked a bit dated, but it didn't take away from our overall enjoyable stay! 😊
